We are always pleased to hear from our stockists but especially encourage any dissatisfied customer to make contact so we can apply our best efforts to resolve matters to the customer’s satisfaction.

Memory Lane seeks efficiency through good business methods and old-fashioned trust and respect.

Postage & Packing
Memory Lane charges the same for delivery regardless of order size. Postage and packaging to UK mainland destinations via next day courier: £10.00 on orders below £200.00. Orders over £200 qualify for free P&P. Airmail freight and packaging for overseas customers is charged at cost. A freight charge will be quoted in writing for customer approval prior to dispatch.

Point of Sale

To sell effectively dealers need effective displays, that’s why Memory Lane has always offered FREE POS to its stockists. Please refer to our Trade Supplement for details.

Sale or Exchange

Memory Lane believes that working with its stockists will deliver the best possible results for both parties. We recognise that finding the right mix of product for your particular retail outlet isn’t always easy. Stock Memory Lane product with the confidence that unsold product can be returned and exchanged (subject to written agreement), therefore reducing the risk of investment. Unfortunately Memory Lane cannot extend SOR terms.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods
Every effort is taken to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition, however, should goods appear to be either faulty or damaged, please notify Memory Lane in writing immediately. This applies to any item that appears to be missing, unless the item is declared on the delivery note to be out of stock.

Returns Procedure
Intention to return items must be declared in writing and agreed with Memory Lane prior to dispatch. All goods returned must be securely packed and sent by way of next day courier, clearly addressed to Memory Lane offices accompanied with full documentation including the reason for return. Unless otherwise agreed Memory Lane shall not be held liable for the cost of return.

Prices

Trade prices are displayed on this website as NET figures (exclusive of VAT). 

Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling with UK sales subject to VAT at the rate prevailing at the date of invoice. Payment may be made electronically or by cheque, payable to Memory Lane Media Ltd. Subject to credit check, payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed with Memory Lane. Memory Lane reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 8% APR above Bank of England base rate on invoices not paid within agreed terms.

Availability
Memory Lane aims to hold all items in stock, however, should an item be more popular than anticipated, there may be occasional delays in delivery. Memory Lane will advise a customer regarding the delivery date for out of stock items. When the items ordered are in stock the vast majority of our (UK) deliveries are made within 3-5 working days of receipt of order. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us: +44 (0) 1708 740 235.
